Project Description: The objective is to secure qualified professionals to provide experienced FMS expertise to the Country Program Directors (CPDs) in their oversight of the U.S. Government’s (USG) SC programs. Services include, but not limited to providing programmatic and administrative support; assisting in coordinating and facilitating information; fostering interdepartmental relationships; assisting with researching; analyzing data; and developing response packages to fulfill reporting requirements. These positions also require extensive experience in managing and tracking pseudo-FMS cases from requirements definition described in Letters of Request through delivery of material in country. The tracking of these cases requires intensive management over and above that typically required of typical FMS country programs and a solid understanding of logistics, financial management and transportation are prerequisites of the position.

Project Description: The requirements for this contract are to provide advisory and assistance services to DSCA to support the MoDA program which deploys DoD civilians to serve as advisors to partner nation Ministries of Defense or similar government organizations in order to build effective and accountable security institutions. Over 80 advisors are currently deployed to Afghanistan. The FY12 National Defense Authorization Act grants authority for the MoDA program to deploy DoD civilian advisors worldwide. Due to this rapid program growth, the MoDA program office requires contractor support in the areas of human resources, operations support, training, assessment, reach-back development, and global outreach efforts. The contractor will support the full range of MoDA program functions detailed under the requirements section.

Project Description: “The United States Navy has a requirement for a qualified Contractor to provide armed roving patrol guard, install/uninstall and 24 hour alarm monitoring service for 1 housing residences, and roadside assistance on Comalapa Highway to the U.S. Navy, San Salvador, El Salvador (referred to as “the Navy” hereafter). The Navy requires security to guard its personnel’s homes and to respond and assist its personnel in the event of any type of accident or conflict they encounter. The Contractor shall provide the organizational structure, management, and qualified staff at levels adequate to meet or exceed the requirement contained in this PWS. The Government intends to award a 12 month Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract with services beginning 1 April 2014 through 31 March 2015 with 2 twelve month option periods. The contractor will not exceed more than 30 days from the award of the contract to have all security guards in place in San Salvador, El Salvador.”

Project Description: The U.S. Government requires linguist support for US military training operations within Guinea-Conakry, Africa. The contractor will provide interpreters capable of providing oral translation, at a sustained rate of up to 100 words per minute. Contractor shall provide interpreters who are fluent in reading, writing and speaking French and English. Fluent is defined as being able to translate 100 spoken words per minute from one language to another. The contractor shall provide interpreter service for twelve (12) consecutive hours. In event the performance exceeds the 12 hour period, the interpreter service will be invoiced as a second Interpreter day of service.
